Mr. Laflamme is President and CEO of Antegrade Medical Inc., a medical device company dedicated to the development of medical instruments for interventional cardiology procedures. Previously, he was President, CEO and director of OpSens Inc. (TSX:OPS) from January 2013 to March 2024, when it was acquired by Haemonetics for $345 million. During this period, the company revolutionized certain practices in interventional cardiology with medical instruments. From November 2005 to December 2012, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of OpSens. He also serves on the board of directors of MY01 Inc., Icentia and EMKA SCIREQ Inc. He also held leadership positions in other technology companies. Mr. Laflamme is a member of the Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Laval University.

Mr. Roberge is the President and Chief Executive Officer and director of LSL Pharma and has over 25 years of experience in finance and M&A with pharmaceutical companies and in other industries. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jamp Pharma Corporation for eight years. As a leader in his field, Mr. Roberge has, over the years, developed an expertise in the manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical products. Mr. Roberge is a member of Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds degrees in business and finance.

Mr. DellaFera is currently President and CEO of Fera Pharmaceuticals, a US-based specialty pharmaceutical company focused on eye care, which he founded in 2009. Prior to founding Fera Pharmaceuticals, he was CEO and President of Sandoz US, one of the largest and most successful generic pharmaceutical companies in the world. Prior to this nomination, he served as VP of Sales and Marketing for the company. From 1996 to 2005, Mr. DellaFera was VP of Sales and Marketing at Eon Labs, which was acquired by Sandoz. Earlier in his career, he held several positions in sales, marketing and business development. He began his career at Eli Lilly & Company. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees at St. John's University and on the advisory boards of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Mr. DellaFera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the College of Pharmacy at St. John's University.

Mr. Paradis is an experienced corporate director. Recently, he was the Interim Chief Financial Officer of EXFO Inc. from October 2023 until December 2024. He was also the President of the Board of Director of the Foundation of the University du Quebec at Trois-Rivières from September 2020 to 2025 and a board member since 2013. Prior to this, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Official of Neptune Wellness Solutions from 2015 to 2019. Prior to 2015, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Atrium Innovations, which was acquired in 2014 by corporations backed by Permira funds in a transaction valued at over $1.1 billion. Prior to this, he held roles of increasing authority at Aeterna Zentaris, most notably as Vice President Finance and Administration & Corporate Secretary. Mr. Paradis began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he successfully held senior positions, primarily in audit and tax. Mr. Paradis is a member of the Canadian Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) and member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Accounting, from Université du Quebec at Trois-Rivières.

Mr. Mokaddem is an Engineer and International Development Specialist with nearly 42 years of professional experience in the Kingdom of Morocco, Africa, and North America. In Morocco and internationally, he has successfully completed all stages of implementation for a wide variety of projects, from feasibility studies to the start-ups of production units of various sizes. He has also been involved in numerous private and publicly traded companies. Founder, President & CEO and Chairman of the Board of Aya Gold & Silver from 2010 to 2020. Since July 2024, he has been Chairman of the Board of Abcourt Mines Inc., an emerging Canadian mining company listed on TSXV. Mr. Mokaddem is also a member of the Board of Safi Silver Corp. also listed on TSXV.
